Sublimation acrylic sheets are made to take sublimation ink, so your transfers come out bright and full of color. Choose Gloss Bright White cast acrylic (color 3015) in 1/16", 1/8" and 1/4" for a true-white base, or Sublimation Clear acrylic, which has a white backing you print on and then view through the clear front. Glitter Sublimation Clear adds embedded glitter to the front. We also carry sublimation-ready aluminum ornaments and ceramic magnets and ornaments. What is the difference between bright white and sublimation clear? Bright white is solid white acrylic, so you print on the front and see it on the front. Sublimation clear has a white backing: you print on the backing and flip the piece over, so the image shows through the glossy clear front.
Can I sublimate on regular clear acrylic? You can, but the colors come out less vibrant. Sublimation clear's white backing makes the ink more vibrant and opaque than standard clear acrylic.
What heat press settings should I use? Start with our suggested sublimation settings and test on a scrap first.
