Diode lasers are becoming a popular laser of choice due to the low cost and small footprint.

These are a much different laser than C02 lasers though, and are unable to cut a range of acrylic, including clear & blue colors and most transparent acrylic sheets.

Our pattern acrylic sheets are all diode friendly WHEN YOU CHOOSE A BLACK CORE.

Below is a list of acrylic sheets our customers have told us they have cut on their diode, with settings where possible. Please also note that these are from a range of customers with a range of different diode & wattage machines. You may need to adjust accordingly with higher power, more passes, etc. These would also all be viable options to upgrade your core color to on any of our patterned acrylic sheets.
