Comes as a 12"x12" double lined sheet from 3M. Adhesive layer is from the High Strength Acrylic Adhesive 300LSE Family, is clear and only 2mil thick working well for layering without seeing a thick tape line.
Great for most plastics, paper, painted surfaces, glass, and metal adhesion.
