Shipping & Processing
We offer free shipping on all orders over $65 that are 12" by 18" and smaller.
We also currently offer free shipping over $125 on all of our products site-wide. This applies to our larger format sign blanks as well.
We do our best to ship as quickly as possible. Generally speaking, almost all of our orders go out within 2-48 business hours after the order is confirmed. These times apply to any of our products that are showing as "Ready To Ship or Pickup," items marked "Made To Order" may require additional time. In addition, if you order during one of our sales, there's a chance that due to volume we may need more time to process as well. If you are in a bind and need something quickly, please reach out to us before placing your order to make sure we can accommodate!
We are located about 20 minutes south of Raleigh in Holly Springs, NC. Please make sure you checkout with a valid phone or email attached to your order. We will send you an email or text when your order is ready, with the address and instructions for picking up.

Please note that while we generally try to get local pickup orders ready within 4 hours, if you choose a made to order product this will delay your order as well. If you are in a hurry you can always email us to let us know you've placed an order and need it ASAP, and we'll do our best to get it ready for you as soon as possible!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We ship worldwide. You can shop online and head to checkout to get an idea on how much it will cost. Keep in mind that shipping rates do not include import, duties, and taxes you may have to pay on your package once it arrives.
I UPGRADED TO 2 DAY SHIPPING, WHY HASN'T MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Please note that choosing a shipping speed at checkout does not mean we process your order quicker. It just means that once your order is ready, shipping should take 2 days. In addition, the number of days shown are estimates from UPS and USPS, but are NOT a guarantee from them or us.
ONCE SHIPPED, HOW SOON SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Once your package is in UPS's hands we can't make any guarantees on shipping. Besides Overnight/Next Day Air shipping, UPS does not guarantee any of their shipping quotes, so please keep that in mind. GENERALLY speaking- the map below though will give you an idea of how many days to expect between receiving notice your order has shipped and seeing it show up on your doorstep!
